Throughout these Terms, “TrainerX” or “TX” refers to TrainerX and all its brands and sub-brands, whether currently listed on the website or launched in the future. These Terms apply to every TX website and to every TX product or service offered online.

Your continued use of the website confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. TX may update the Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of use applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
You may use the website for personal shopping and information. Any other use requires written permission from TX. You agree not to upload harmful code or create unauthorised links to the website and you agree to indemnify TX for any loss caused by unlawful use of the site.
TX respects your privacy. The site uses SSL and standard safeguards. Cookies help the site function and improve your experience. For payments, card data is processed by PayFast on their secure platform. TX does not store card details. See Security below for more.
TX makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current. Products, images, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
All content on this site including text, images, logos, videos, and data is owned by or licensed to TX and protected by law. You may print or store content for personal use only. Any other use requires prior written consent.
If you submit reviews, ideas, or suggestions you grant TX a non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use them. You warrant your content does not infringe third-party rights and does not contain unlawful or defamatory material.

Use of the website is at your own risk. The site is provided as is without warranties of any kind. TX is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the site or from purchase of products except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
To complete an order you may be asked to register and provide accurate information including a delivery address. Keep your login details secure. You remain responsible for activity under your account.
Products are offered for sale within South Africa only and are subject to availability. TX may limit quantities per order and may change specifications without notice.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Online prices may differ from other channels. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown during checkout.
Payments are processed by PayFast which supports Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards and other options shown at checkout.
If you select EFT, your order will be dispatched once funds clear in TX’s account. EFT may add additional time before shipping.
Your order is an offer to purchase. TX accepts the order when a confirmation email is sent. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error is identified, TX may cancel and refund the order.
Delivery is nationwide to physical street addresses only. Deliveries occur on business days between 08:00 and 17:00. Standard delivery usually takes two to seven business days depending on destination and routing. TX may use Aramex, The Courier Guy, or Fastway at its discretion to meet timelines. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. If no one is available at the address, the courier may reattempt delivery and additional fees may apply.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. Ownership passes after full payment is received.
TX complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
For health, nutrition, and dietary products we accept returns only if the product is unopened and in a resalable condition.
All TX products are sealed with a pressure induction seal and shipped with a protective inner seal under the lid. To qualify for a return the outer shrink band if present, the lid seal, and any inner seal must be intact and untampered.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for return courier costs unless TX made an error in fulfillment.
If a product is defective, unsafe, or not of good quality as contemplated by the CPA, you may return it within 6 months of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund at TX’s election, subject to inspection. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
All ingredients are listed on the label and product page. Products are manufactured in facilities that also process common allergens such as milk, soy, gluten, and nuts. If you experience an adverse reaction discontinue use immediately. Adverse reactions do not qualify for a refund where the product has been opened and used.
Email orders@trainerx.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the condition of the item and seals. TX will guide you through the collection or drop-off process and confirm outcomes after inspection.
TX products are dietary and nutritional supplements and are not medicines.
Ingredients used are non-scheduled to the best of TX’s knowledge at the time of manufacture.

If TX offers a points or cash-back program, the rules displayed on the program page form part of these Terms. Points may have expiry dates and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may not be used with certain discounted products or combined with other coupons unless stated otherwise.
Competitions are open to South African residents unless stated otherwise. Employees and agents of TX and their immediate families may be excluded. Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the competition rules or the prize may be reallocated. The judges decision is final. Full rules for each competition will be published with the competition notice.
Where offered, free curbside pickup is available at the listed location. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp with the exact address and collection instructions once your order is confirmed. Please wait for this message before arriving.

Shipping is R99 for orders under R650 and free for orders R650 and above.

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Please contact info@trainerx.co.za or admin@trainerx.co.za with your order number and details. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the CPA.
If any clause is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force. A delay or failure by TX to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
