Applies to TrainerX (TX) and all sub-brands, including Spartan Nutrition and MISS Muscle
Supplements & consumables (nutrition/health): returnable only if unopened and untampered.
Apparel: exchangeable if unworn, unwashed, and tags/packaging intact.
Training devices/equipment & accessories: covered for defects under CPA and any stated manufacturer warranty.
Change-of-mind (supplements & consumables): you must log your return within 7 days of delivery; the parcel must reach TX within 14 days of delivery.
Apparel exchanges: request within 30 days of delivery.
Defective goods (all categories): CPA remedy window up to 6 months from delivery (inspection required).
Seals: All TX consumables are sealed with a pressure/induction seal and shipped with a protective inner seal under the lid (and may have an outer shrink band). All seals must be intact. Any broken, lifted, or tampered seal disqualifies a change-of-mind return.
Resalable state: Packaging must be undamaged and complete.
All ingredients are listed on the product label and product page. Products are manufactured in facilities that also process common allergens (e.g., milk, soy, gluten, nuts). If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Because the product has been opened/used, adverse reactions do not qualify for a refund.
Opened or used consumables, or items with any seal broken/tampered.
Apparel that is worn, washed, marked, scented, or missing tags/packaging.
Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, or neglect.
If an item is defective, unsafe, or not of good quality as contemplated by the CPA, you may return it within 6 months of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund at TX’s election after inspection. This does not cover fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.
Devices/equipment are covered by the CPA 6-month defect remedy and, where applicable, any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page or insert. We’ll assist with repair/replacement under those terms.
For change-of-mind returns and apparel exchanges, return courier costs are for your account. You may use any reputable courier and send to the TX returns address provided by email. If TX made a fulfillment error, we’ll cover the return.

We’ll issue return authorisation and the correct return address. Parcels received without approval or received after the applicable timeframe may be refused and returned to sender.
All returns are subject to inspection. If approved, TX may refund by original payment method, store credit/gift voucher, or account credit. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, non-recoverable payment-processor fees (if any) may be deducted where applicable. Refund timing depends on inspection and banking/processor timelines.
Where exchanges are permitted (e.g., apparel size), we’ll process once the original item passes inspection. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per section 10.
TX products are dietary and nutritional supplements and not medicines. Ingredients used are non-scheduled to TX’s knowledge at manufacture. Not evaluated by SAHPRA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use only as directed and consult a professional if needed.
