We deliver anywhere in South Africa to physical street addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
If you live in a security estate or complex please ensure access is arranged with security so the courier can enter. Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for the parcel. If that is difficult, please use your work address or an alternative daytime address.
We use Aramex, The Courier Guy, or Fastway at our discretion to deliver on time.
Standard delivery usually takes two to seven business days. Lead times depend on destination and courier routing. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. We will contact you if there is any unexpected delay.
Orders under R650 ship for a flat R99 anywhere in South Africa.
Orders of R650 and above ship free nationwide.
You can update your address in your account at any time and you can choose a different address at checkout. Once an order has been processed and handed to the courier the delivery address cannot be changed.
We do not split a single order into multiple deliveries. If you want items to go to different addresses please place separate orders.
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can follow the parcel on the courier tracking page and you may receive status updates directly from the courier.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated until delivery is completed.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards and other options available through the PayFast checkout. If you experience an issue with PayFast or prefer to pay by direct bank transfer you can choose EFT. Orders paid by EFT are dispatched after funds clear in our account which may add additional time before shipping.
Card payments through PayFast are processed immediately so we can start preparing your order right away.
Our website uses SSL encryption. All card payments are processed by PayFast on their secure, encrypted platform. We do not store or process card details on our servers. Your personal information and payment data are protected by PayFast’s security controls.
